I knew I was made for an expansion that had not yet been defined by popular culture and I was going to have to create it myself. I have been a sales professional since graduating from college. I fast tracked in sales production, broke records, promoted quickly and coached and led top producing corporate teams. I had a great income, good benefits and a nagging voice in my head yelling “There is more for you!”. I wanted to be heard, to create, to contribute, to have unlimited wealth potential and most importantly, change the culture and landscape of work for women. I wanted to help women build the opportunities they wanted instead of waiting for the world to create them. 

So here I am, a Certified High Performance Coach, Certified Sales and Leadership Coach, a Psychology and Human Drives junkie and the Founder of Jessie Ollier Coaching. 

What I know is that you can have everything you desire. You can build a life and work that aligns with your greatest dreams and highest values. I have taught the framework offered in my program to other professionals for years and have seen quantum expansion and transformation in each life. My definition of success is being wildly abundant and exponentially expansive in wealth and opportunity while maintaining a thriving life full of joy, love and health. I developed a program designed to serve others in achieving their own personal definition of success with ease, joy and faith.
